Are the cutting boards all food safe ? 
Yes, all the cutting boards and serving trays are made with food safe woods, glues and mineral oils.                                                                                                        

    Are the cutting board woods stained to get some of those bright colors ?  
    No, the woods are not stained. That is their true natural and amazing colors.                

    How do I care for my cutting board or serving tray ?                                                      
    Always wash with soap and water. Do not submerge or soak as this can cause cracking or warping to any wood product.
    This board has 2 coats mineral oil applied. Your board needs to be re-oiled when water doesn't bead up on it and starts to soak in.
    Always use food grade mineral oils, conditioners or waxes. Follow instructions on bottles or :
    #1  Wipe on mineral oil, let it soak for 5-10 min.
    #2  Wipe off excess.
    #3  Wipe on conditioner or wax, let it soak 5-10 minutes
    #4  Wipe off and buff to a nice soft sheen.

    Scratches and nicks: sand with wet/dry 220 grit sandpaper and a flat block until scratches are removed. Sand with wet/dry 320 grit sandpaperfor a fine, soft surface. Wash and rinse. Apply mineral oil / conditioner once it has dried.

    Optional feet are recommended if it’s a large board and is left out on the countertop, to allow air to circulate and let the board dry to prevent warping and cracking.
